Let’s Make It! July 22, 2008

In discussing lawn games to play at Sadie’s upcoming tea party birthday, bean bag toss was of interest. Hmmm- let’s make it! Off we go…

Elijah and Daddy measure the plywood so that there will be two free-standing bean bag uprights.

Sadie holds the make-shift straight-edge as the lines are marked. Note her protective gloves and glasses.

After measuring for the location of the holes, Sadie marks them using a template on the plywood.

Elijah screws in the hinges.

Let’s try it out! Thought not yet decorated, this game is functional and fun! What a team.
